Field Notes is a practice-led publication exploring documentary and travel photography through attention, place, memory, and care.

Rather than focusing on technique or trends, this space is about how photographs are made. The pauses, decisions, and responsibilities that shape images long before and after the shutter is pressed.

Each week I share a Field Notes prompt or a longer reflective essay. These pieces are meant to be lived with, not rushed through. Some readers photograph alongside them; others walk, write, or simply notice more carefully.

Field Notes is an ongoing practice, one that values return, restraint, and presence over accumulation.
